Our holding company oversees a well-established group of companies operating across diverse sectors such as General Trade, F&B, Supermarkets, Real Estate, Construction, and other industries in the Middle East and Central Africa. Our primary focus lies in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Kinshasa) and The Republic of the Congo (Brazzaville & Pointe-Noire). We are actively expanding our commercial activities, particularly within the F&B sector and within this dynamic landscape, our group manages a collection of franchised retail and F&B brands, complemented by internally developed concepts.

Our group has heavily invested in the F&B and retail sectors across the Middle East and Africa, managing a significant portfolio of both franchised and local brands through our offices in DRC, Congo, and Beirut. In collaboration with our subsidiary, Menu Mechanics, an F&B consulting and creative agency, we have developed multiple food concepts and successfully owned and operated numerous brand sand locations. Our teams extensive experience enables the group to leverage this expertise for global expansion.
